Therapy Services
We offer individual, group, and couples/family therapy from a broad range of approaches, including EMDR, CPT, IFS, EFT, CBT, Art Therapy and Somatic therapies.
Individual Therapy
One-on-one therapy can create a safe and trusting space that ensures confidentiality. Individual therapy sessions are often 60 minutes weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. We offer individual therapy for adults, children, and adolescents. You can learn more about the specific treatment methods utilized by our therapists here.
Couples & Family Therapy
Couples/Family therapy is a process between a therapist and multiple clients at the same time to reach agreed upon goals. Oftentimes couples or families seek therapy due to concerns within the relationship (conflict, mistrust, communication, behavioral concerns, etc). Couples/Family therapy often provides insight into understanding each other's attachment styles and tools to communicate effectively in order to maintain a healthy and loving relationship. Rebecca specifically provides EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy).
Group Therapy
Group therapy involves a group of individuals being led by a trained therapist. Typically, groups target a specific concern (grief, trauma, self-esteem, anger, etc). Group therapy has been shown to have many great benefits, such as having the support of others who might have similar experiences and being able to gain different perspectives, potentially learning new insights or tools you wouldn’t have learned elsewhere. Being in group therapy is different from a support group in that you are being led by a licensed professional who can offer evidenced-based tools and interventions to help improve the specific concern being addressed. Our group offerings will be listed in our calendar to view and sign up for.
