Enna is a three-year-old Goldendoodle working with Lauren Steele as a therapy dog. Enna is certified with Therapy Dogs United and loves to greet clients when they come into the office. She can give clients space and loves pets from dog-lovers too. For those with dog aversions, Enna is happy to take some time off at home as well. Animal-assisted therapy includes benefits such as releasing “feel good” hormones like oxytocin and dopamine, reduced stress and anxiety, improved mood, and support for trauma suvivors.
